
Romiro Sport is a unique “joint venture” company between ROMiRO Group Ltd and FBT Sporting Goods Thailand (FBT sports) that supplies stock and bespoke playing and training wear to a wide range of sports.
Romiro Workwear, [trading as Veritas Corporate Ltd] is a Yorkshire-based specialist in workwear, uniforms, personalised apparel, and PPE, providing complete workwear solutions to companies across the UK.

Chairman & Director
Sir Rodney is a British businessman, entrepreneur & philanthropist.
He has chaired several companies listed on the London Stock
exchange alongside many private companies. He has held a
number of public appointments; chair of the NHS Trust Federation,
Bradford Hospitals Trust, Sport England & UK Sport.
In sport, amongst many high profile chairmanships are included;
chair of World Snooker, Leicester City PLC, The Rugby Football
League, British Basketball League, Brands Hatch & Donington Park,
The 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games, Wembley
Stadium, The 2013 Tour de France Grand Depart & London
Marathon Foundation.
His awards include: Knights Batchelor 1996, Freedom of the cities of London & Wakefield, Yorkshireman of the Year, Hon Doctorates Universities of Bradford & Huddersfield, a Knight of the Order of St Lazarus. He has received honours for having led campaigns which have raised some £40 million for a variety of charities.
CEO & Director
Mike holds a degree in Biology from the University of York and a Masters in Administration from the University of Leeds.
He has been engaged in a number of wide-ranging roles since
leaving full-time education in the early 70s.
He was the Director an FE College with a budget of over £14 Million
and also worked as an adviser for the Cabinet Office.
He has written a number of innovative Degree Programmes in
conjunction with three Universities.
He now heads up the Romiro Group which has five Companies
within its framework and works very closely with his Chairman
and fellow Director Sir Rodney Walker as the business continues
to grow from a start-up in 2010.
A keen sportsman, Mike was a semi-professional footballer, and
amateur rugby player and cricketer within the Yorkshire region.
Director
Fraser Williamson was the original founder of the Sports Dispute
Unit.
He leads Romiro Law’s regulatory advisory services, providing
expert guidance on compliance and governance matters within
the sports industry.
His in-depth understanding of sports regulations ensures that
clients receive accurate and strategic advice tailored to their
specific needs. Fraser formerly held the role of Head of Judicial
Services at The Football Association, responsible for all regulatory
drafting and execution within the recreational football game
within England, effectively overseeing regulation affecting almost
two million football players.
In addition, Fraser is a Barrister within the jurisdiction of England &
Wales.
Director
Lee has been involved in Sports Management for over 25 years.
In 2004 Lee was asked to become Chairman of one of the biggest
Sport Management Companies in Scotland with over 100 clients
in various sport like Stephen Hendry, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Charlie
Mulgrew, Jamie Murphy, Stevie Gallagher and Sir Chris Hoy.
In 2006 Lee was asked by Sir Rodney Walker, Chairman of World
Snooker to become a Director of World Snooker which he held the
post for 4 years and was responsible for introducing Betfred to
becoming the title sponsor of the World Snooker Championships
in Sheffield.
Lee also runs his own property investment company and has done so since 1995. This includes residential and commercial investments across the UK.
In 2010 Lee sold the Sports Management Company to an investment fund, and Lee was retained as Chairman for a period of time.
In 2016 Lee invested in another Sports Management Company and now after 7 years , they have built a large portfolio of footballers and coaches.
